Schedule a Setup Meeting
Curators have crazy schedules, so to make working on Pimped as easy as possible. Please refer to the instructions below as needed, but know that we are happy to walk you through anything and everything 1:1 online.

Authorizing the Pimped Picklist
You should only need to authorize the Pimped Picklist the first time you access the spreadsheet. Here’s how:

Review / Modify Categories & Tags
- Before you get in the rhythm of tagging and categories items in the question bank, we invite you to access and review the available categories by clicking the “Validation” tab on your Google Sheet.
- Please add any categories or sub categories you feel are missing but needed. Please also note the special way that main categories and sub categories are denoted (i.e. Main Category, or Main Category>Sub Category)
- Once done, simply “Rebuild options” in the Pimped picklist to incorporate and use your added categories.
Promoting Pimped
Curator Profiles & Images
To help promote the app (and more immediately to drum up beta testers) we are featuring the members of our curation team that are helping to make it all possible. This is really important as we find we get several dozen beta signups from each curator’s institution when we feature them.
Ideally, we’ll like to have a couple casual shots of each curator (we’re trying to avoid the boring formal headshots if possible). If you have a photo in scrubs or perhaps performing a procedure, that’s ideal. Many curators have done work overseas as well, and those always make great photos.
